The PVCC Community Garden has been around since 2007 and volunteers grow food to feed the hungry in our community, including donating to the PVCC Food Pantry and other local food organizations. The garden can get a little weedy in the summer with few students around. Come help us get the garden back in shape so that we can grow a lot of food this fall! Garden experience is not necessary. Come prepared to help weed, water, and straighten up the garden beds, hoop house, and shed. There may be some harvesting or painting that needs doing, but what's most needed is your willingness to spend a few hours doing a labor of love outdoors with your colleagues.
