Literacy Volunteers is now training volunteers to tutor adults virtually. November training will be offered on Monday evenings or Tuesday mornings. Volunteers are required to attend all three sessions and complete the asynchronous training between sessions. Training will be a total of 8 hours.
Volunteer tutors are needed to help teach reading, writing, and English skills to adults in our community. Many of our students are refugees and immigrants trying to become integrated members of our community.
