Crozet Elementary Gardening Workday: March 23rd, 9-12:00
The Piedmont Master Gardeners are partnering with the school to serve as mentors for our gardening projects. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining the plant beds.
On this volunteer workday, the Master Gardeners and WAHS and UVA students will join forces with CRES staff and families to help care for the beds with spring clean-up and weeding.
Bring your gloves, weeding tools, and any buckets, wheelbarrows, or tarps you might have. We will also have extra tools on hand if you have none. Many hands make light work! Even if you can only come for part of the time, it would be much appreciated!
