Help prepare an area of land around the River View Farm farmhouse for the installation of native plants later in spring. Learn to identify a few native and non-native invasive plants, pull some unwanted grasses, and gather fallen branches. Activities are appropriate for families with children ages 7 and up, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring work gloves, water, and an energy snack.
