Looking for individuals to help put on the most amazing robotics competition. Tasks could include Nuts & Bolts Inspector (robot inspector), Call ‘Em as You See ‘Em (referee), or Walk this Way (queuer), just to name a few. There are numerous types of roles available. Roles range from technical to non-technical and physical activity ranges from active to sedentary.
DETAILS:
• Free T-Shirt and volunteer pin, breakfast and lunch (if volunteering during those meals)
• Shift lengths start at 3 hours and go all day.
• Actual volunteer hours dependent on role.
• Reference and training materials will be provided if required for the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Signing up for event in FIRST’s Volunteer Information and Matching System which includes free background check. Background check not completed on individuals under 18.
• Review of training material prior to event, if applicable
• Completion of Certification Test five days prior to event.
