Description

We are working on a school-wide project this year to encourage wellness and healthy choices at Nathanael Greene Elementary.  One area we would like help with is our playground space.  We have a large blacktop area at NGES that is used for playing basketball BUT there is lots of additional space (approximately to paint games and activities onto the blacktop for more options for interaction at recess.  There are lots of open spaces but we are considering a specific space of approximately 33 x 45 ft that would be perfect for a concentration obstacle course painted like the picture I have attached.

Also we have two 4 square spaces that need each of the 4 squares filled in with color to invite more kids to come and play like the picture I have attached.Image result for paint on blacktops

Q: Details of tools required.
A: Since we are asking for our blacktop to be painted with interactive games and activities we ask that painters bring the paint, paint brushes, paint rollers and supplies (blacktop sealant) needed to complete the job. This is a job that will require skilled volunteers and we hope they come understanding the correct type of paint and supplies necessary for a blacktop activity that will have some longevity for the coming years. Also, we would like stencils used to make the lettering precise for the concentration obstacle course. We want to stick with the colors modeled in the design pictures.
