Description

Please join Hope's Legacy Equine Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization at our home base, Castle Rock Farm, on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 to participate in the 2025 Day of Caring event.  Needs at our farm include, but are not limited to, trail clearing for our Hoofin' It for Horses 5k event (largest fundraiser of the year), mucking and cleaning out run-ins and small paddocks, weed eating and other landscape tasks, etc.  We will be outdoors for the entire event and will require labor intensive tasks, but the reward will be great - getting to meet and learn about the many equines in our care.  Hear their stories and see their gratitude for not only your hard work and generosity but also for your time spent with them at the farm.  We look forward to meeting you and sharing our mission!

*Depending on the tasks, it may be helpful if you own any of the following to bring them with you to the farm:

     -weed eaters

     -drills

     -lobbers

*We will share more specifics as we get closer to the date concerning the above.

Thank you for your consideration.
