Description

The Fifeville Community Trail is a green oasis in the center of Charlottesville. It connects neighborhoods to Tonsler Park and area residents to downtown. It is also a space of quiet and respite.

The Fifeville Trail was built by the community and it continues to be a great space because the community takes care of it. The Fifeville Neighborhood Association, the Piedmont Environmental Council, and the Rivanna Trails Foundation invite you to help maintain and improve this wonderful space. We will spread mulch, clip invasive vines and pick up litter.

Neighborhood leaders and local trail experts will be on hand to talk about the area's history and ongoing efforts to improve the community.

Tools and snacks will be provided and we will have some gloves but if you have your own, those would be helpful.
