Seas the Day is a free, fun-filled event celebrating Central Virginia’s Veteran and military-connected community — and we need your help to make it a success!
In partnership with the West Point Society of Monticello, this special day welcomes Veterans, active duty, Guard, Reserve (active/inactive), and their families — including newly relocated military families in the Charlottesville area.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Parking & Flow (11:30–1:00 PM) – 4 volunteers to assist with parking, event flow, and general support
Youth Activities (12:00–3:00 PM) – 2 volunteers to guide kids to games and activities, assist with setup, and (optional) face painting
Food Service (12:00–2:00 PM) – 3 volunteers to assist with setup, serving, and cleanup
All volunteers are welcome to participate in activities and enjoy the meal!
