Who We Are
Our preschool students experience art, music, stories, games, literacy activites, number concepts, science lessons, outside play time, nature exploration, and social development in a group setting led by caring & knowledgeable teachers.
Our school-age students build academic, artistic and social confidence and receive a solid foundation in reading, writing, mathematics, sicences, environmental education, and social studies. As they move into the upper grades, they develop: strengths in organization, communication, critical thinking, and good study habits; skills at higher levels of math, science, and humanities through individual and group projects; strategies for research, report and essay writing, public speaking, collaboration, and problem solving.
Complements to the core curriculum for all ages include foreign language, art, handworks, music, physical education, drama, and community service.
What We Do
Since 1983, North Branch School has provided hands-on, activity-based learning for students in preschool – 8th grade, giving our students a solid foundation in academics, the arts, and life skills, with an emphasis on personal achievement and cooperation.
