Southern Albemarle Family Practice/St. Anne's Episcopal Church

We are one medical office of a large network of Federally Qualified Health Centers.  We offer comprehensive medical care to patients birth to the elderly, including preventive healthcare and immunizations.  Our patients have access through our network to behavioral health and dental care.  

St. Anne's Episcopal is an Episcopal Parish that runs a "Lending Library" of medical equipment to be given to patients in need of things like walkers, crutches, etc.  Community members can drop off gently used items.  They will be cleaned and housed in a safe area until we receive a call that they are needed.
