Louisa Community Animal Response Team (CART)

MISSION STATEMENT:

The Louisa County Animal Response Team (CART) is a non-profit, volunteer organization.  When activated, we will deploy teams trained to provide a timely and effective response for the rescue, recovery, sheltering and care of animals during federal, state and local emergencies. Louisa CART will partnership with other emergency responders; will continually train in new animal response techniques and will offer educational programs to assist the general public in preparing for animal-related emergencies.
