Who We Are

Network2Work@PVCC, is a job network that connects job seekers to the skills and resources they need to become valued employees and helps employers find the quality employees they need for their companies.

What We Do

In our region, 12,024 families, or 19 percent, do not make enough money to pay for the essentials of life—food, shelter, clothing, and utilities, and the added costs associated with working childcare and transportation. The goal of N2W is to help these families become self-sufficient by identifying jobs within their reach and positioning them to secure and excel in those jobs.

Network2Work is a three network program that aims to connect and serve those in our community who are wanting family sustaining wage jobs, and, in need of supports to assist them along the way. As a part of our program, we match all of our Job-seekers with Navigators (like a coach or mentor), to encourage and walk with them along the pathway to getting into that family sustaining wage job. We are looking for Volunteer Advocates (Connectors who know people looking for jobs and Navigators who wish to gently guide Job Seekers long the pathway to a job) to help support and navigate our Seekers along that career pathway!
