Join us for a series of Fall litter clean-up and outreach events.
Mark your calendars! We're announcing our next clean-up event at Brook Hill River Park*, Saturday, October 2 from 8 am – 10 am. Please join us as we continue to give back to our communities through cleanup and Love Albemarle!
There will be helpful information about recycling and how you can help reduce litter. Register Here! Participants will have the option to pick up small road-side litter and/or larger, hefty items (e.g., furniture, tires) during this event.
Gloves and pickers will be provided. We also suggest bringing drinking water and wearing close-toed shoes and/or longer pants for clean-up day. Meeting and parking location for October 2: Brook Hill River Park, 2009 Rio Mills Road, Earlysville, VA 22936. *NOTE: Rio Mills Road can only be accessed from Rt. 29 southbound entrance.
