The Charlottesville Ten Miler is coming up this Saturday, March 19th, and they need our help!
BBBS is in the "running" to be the Ten Miler's charity beneficiary next year, so we'd like to demonstrate our support this weekend. We are looking for 15 volunteers to get snacks ready for runners, help hand out medals, and do whatever else is asked of us at the finish line on race day.
The shift will take place from 7:30-9:30 am, and there will be refreshments afterwards. Our volunteers will get a BBBS t-shirt AND a 10-miler shirt.
You don't have to be a Big to volunteer with the BBBS contingency that day. Kids 10 years old+ are welcome, but MUST be accompanied by an adult.
