We've committed the classic rookie moving mistake. When we moved in August we got all our boxes to fit in the new offices, but who knows what's in there? We'd love to take everything out, record inventory, and neatly put it away. We estimate this will save us money on supplies and save our sanity.
Volunteers will work with members of Engagement Staff (fundraising, event planning, etc.). However, volunteers should be able to perform work independently following directions and in a professional setting.
This volunteer need would work perfectly for a committed group of students on spring break or other similar groups such as siblings or as a family task.
Volunteers will be offered a pizza lunch (please let us know of any dietary restrictions). Volunteers may finish their work early or need to communicate what they haven't finished so that staff can complete task.
Brief interview required prior to scheduling individual or group as volunteers.
