Description

Greenleaf Park, on Rose Hill Drive, is a lovely pocket park and one of CVille's favorites.  Join members of Charlottesville Area Tree Stewards as we control invasive vines, mostly english ivy, that are endangering the young and old trees surrounding the park.  If you have them, bring hand pruners and loppers.  We will have some tools if you need them. Wear gloves as poison ivy is present and wear sturdy shoes as the off track trails are irregular.  We will meet in the parking lot and walk to the work sites.  There is plenty of parking in the park lot.  Bring something to drink.  We will provide snacks for after.
