Auction Set Up for the Illumination Gala on May 5, 2017

Get an inside scoop on all the wonderful auction prizes this year when you volunteer to help set up the auction. After transporting items to the Pavilion at the Boar’s Head, it’ll be a perfect place for you to hang out with friends, while also showing your creative flare when you set up silent auction items and build auction baskets. The volunteer will help the committee member pick up items from Alzheimer’s Association office the morning/afternoon of the event and transport them to the Boar’s Head. Once at the Boar’s Head Pavilion, the volunteer will participate in setting the auction items according to the instructions listed on the tables in preparation for the silent auction. Duties may also include assembling auction baskets. Time:  approximately 9:00am – 1:00pm
