We welcome groups and organizations looking to volunteer and donate their efforts to help the animals at the SPCA for a single event or day. Please feel free to contact our Volunteer Coordinator at (434) 964-3331 regarding the following available service projects:
- Wish List collections

- Flea markets and yard sales
- Bake sales
- Car washes
- Dog washes
- Hold a fundraising event
- Facility improvements and cleanup
- Dog walking trail maintenance
- Landscaping
- Dog outings
- Making videos
- Distribute marketing flyers
- Sponsoring an animal
If your group or organization has a creative idea other than one listed above, please submit it for review. Send your proposed service project, whether it is one from the above list or a totally new idea, with details to our Volunteer Coordinator.
